Atlantic Homes, LLC is a creative team of results driven client focused professionals who strive to leave our clients thrilled with their real estate experience. We started in real estate in 1993 when our founder, Frank Weaver, went to work for a regional mortgage banking firm. After four years working in mortgage banking, in 1997, Frank opened his own mortgage firm Atlantic Home Equity, Mortgage Bankers; the predecessor to Atlantic Homes, LLC.

Over the next 21 years from 1997 to 2018 Atlantic Home Equity grew to be a leading mortgage banking firm operating in several states throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and produced over 20,000 mortgage loans totaling over 6 billion dollars.

Along the way, while running Atlantic Home Equity, Frank started real estate investing and renovating and building homes through what would later become Atlantic Homes, LLC. After several years running both companies it became clear his passion was in building and renovating homes for re-sale. In 2018 he strategically merged Atlantic Home Equity into Atlantic Homes, LLC to focus all of his energy on building homes for re-sale and renovating homes for re-sale. He hasn’t looked back!

To date we’ve built and or renovated and resold over 100 homes and are excited to always be staying on the leading edge of our business. We look forward to working with you!
